Egypt: The National Authority for Railways of Egypt has recently shared an update regarding an announcement about the start of booking Eid ul-fitr train tickets starting from today within the pre-booking of all trains operating on different railways, on the occasion of Eid ul-Fitr.
According to the shared updates, the Chairman of the Board also directed the presence of leaders to follow up on the operation and supervise the operating room to monitor the movement of trains on all lines.
“The Authority also made sure to increase ticket sales outlets by increasing ticket networks, as well as tightening control over them and inside the reservation halls, and in coordination with the Transport and Transportation Police to control and prevent the black market from accommodating the increasing numbers,” said the reports.
The updates also confirmed that from the passengers, in addition to electronic booking, also emphasizing the necessity of carrying out the necessary maintenance for trains, good follow-up, preparing the trains well, and also taking care of the cleanliness of trains and water cycles and supplying them with water before they leave the workshop.
Furthermore, the officials from the National Authority of Railway also mentioned the details and schedules of the train, such as Sunday.
April 2, 2023, booked to travel on Sunday, April 16 2023; Monday, April 3 2023; booked for travel on Monday, April 17 2023; Tuesday, April 4, 2023, to travel on Tuesday, April 18 2023; and day booked Wednesday, April 5, 2023, for travel on Wednesday, April 19, 2023.
