Saint Lucia Labour Party country Held a closed delegation session on Sunday where the Prime Minister was given a Hundred per cent vote of Confidence for the Second time in a row.

It is worth mentioning that the Saint Lucia Labour Party, led by Minister Philip J Pierre, held a delegate’s conference on 26th November 2023. This session was held at Beanfield Secondary School. SLP is the major political party of Saint Lucia and currently has Thirteen seats out of a total of seventeen seats in the House of Assembly.

Prime Minister frequently underlined the political agenda of His party, the Saint Lucia Labour Party, on different platforms. At one time, he stated that ,SLP is party of people, SLP does not believe in the Vendetta politics, SLP believes that united we can cure the past misdeeds committed by old political parties. The people of Saint Lucia are happy with the Performance of the Party, and its proof is 18.1 per cent growth in the Economy of Saint Lucia, let’s Unite and Fight for the betterment of nation”

Prime Minister Philip J Pierre took to his social media handle and used Quotes from the Holy Bible: “Oh Give Thanks to the Lord, For He is Good, For His steadfast Love Endurance forever! Psalm 107:1”.

PM Philip J. Pierre Furter wrote that “On the last Sunday 26th November 2023, the national council of Saint Lucia labour party met at a closed session to analyse the party performance and to receive the annual report and to also cast a vote of Confidence for the political leader of their choice.

For the Second time consecutively, I gained a hundred per cent vote of Confidence (268-0) from the party delegates who cast their ballots after every three years during the constitutional process of the SLP party that I am leading with Honour. I am grateful for all the support, guidance, and strength as this administration continues to espouse the principles of bread, freedom and justice for all citizens of Saint Lucia”.

As soon as the PM shared his view on social media regarding the Vote of Confidence, many appreciated the Prime Minister. One user, Marie Isidore, commented, “God answer’s righteous prayer!!
