UAE’s President discusses ongoing energy transition issues with Joe Biden through video conferencing

The meeting witnessed the interaction regarding uplifted relations between UAE-US, and leaders further acknowledged their initiative to boost the energy transition; Topics such as Energy security and enhancing climate action were also addressed.

As per reports, the leaders discussed the warm relationship between US and UAE; The parties agreed upon the recent initiative by both countries to further accelerate the energy transition.

This critical update was shared on the official Twitter handle of UAE’s President, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

On the official Twitter account, photos of the video conference and the caption were shared, where Presidents of both countries were seen sharing their thoughts on the essential ongoing topics through video conference.

The official handle of the President’s Twitter shared the caption, “video call with President Biden today, we reaffirmed the depth of UAE-US relations and discussed our recently launched joint initiative to accelerate the energy transition. We also addressed topics including energy security & our shared commitment to enhancing climate action.”

Under the post shared on Twitter by the President of UAE, People were seen sharing good comments and were welcoming and encouraging towards the government.

One social media user wrote in comments under the post wording, “Nice & wish the best as you’re doing like a superhero for your kind country & your worry for the climate, Allah blesses you.”
